Vital Wonders proudly guarantees our made-in-USA magnetic jewelry manufacturing. We guarantee our
magnetic jewelry sizing, if it doesn't fit, we will remake it until it fits perfectly. We guarantee our
cording for the product's lifetime from breakage, we use the strongest cording available, braided
Spectra fishing line only made in Grand Junction, CO. USA.

We have a limited guarantee for three months for bead manufacture including chipping or flaking of any
magnetic hematite bead coatings, which is rare, or from unnatural discoloration of metallic magnetic clasps.
Some fading is natural with gold and silver-plated spacers & clasps, but some skin types may be problematic to
plated finishes and can be alleviated by ordering or exchanging with a black hypoallergenic magnetic clasp or
switching to another Vital Wonders style like elastic magnetic bracelets or magnetic bangles & cuffs.

RETURN PROCESS: All repairs, returns and remakes are initiated after the customer emails us first with
their problem, then upon receiving confirmation, ships the piece to us at customer's cost. We will pay
the postage to ship the piece back. For repairs there may be a nominal charge for lost beads or for a
new ordered clasp. Repairs or remakes after three months may incur a small fee.

*International orders may be accepted & shipped after U.S. funds (only) clear. Shipment may not
be insurable and may ship at a different price than reflected in the first invoice. Any changes
will be reflected in an additional updated invoice, with prior notice, before shipping.
