The Benefits of Magnetism & Health

How Magnetic Therapy Benefits the Human Body

WHAT IT DOES
Magnetic fields upon the body help to energize and boost the rate of circulation;
stimulating nutrient rich blood flow thus invigorating your metabolism by
oxygenating the organs providing muscle and tissue more oxygen for mental
and physical vigor while accelerating the ridding of body wastes, flushing out
unwanted toxins, releasing more endorphins, the body's natural pain killers
promoting repair and stimulating faster healing; improving the bodies anti-
infective activity and enhancing immunity; normalizes endocrine production
by helping to regulate and balance endocrine functions; affecting enzyme
production for reducing swelling, stiffness and the acidity from wounds helping
in reducing inflammation; stimulating collagen density in and around
joints proven in studies to heal bones and joints faster and to help
alleviate chronic pain and invigorate overall well-being.

HOW IT HELPS
Wounds and painful areas of the body are marked by a lack of oxygen,
off pH & poor circulation. It is believed that magnetic stimulation helps
with the normalization of calcium ion flow which control the attraction of
calcium ions to help heal broken bones or help to remove calcium build-up
from painful arthritic joints. The acid / alkaline [pH] balance of body fluids
can be altered by magnetic fields; magnetic fields also alter enzyme activity &
biochemical processes with the lower frequencies relieving pain, inflammation
and bruising, using the higher frequencies for the relaxing of blood vessels
allowing increased blood flow for a boost to your natural healing abilities. A
negative magnetic field is used to normalize disturbed metabolic functions
causing painful conditions like inflammation and cell degeneration.
Magnetic fields put directly on top of the head has been
proven to have a calming effect.

SUMMARY
Magnetism is an all natural choice and tool whose forces penetrate
into the channels and collaterality of the body to help regulate its
physiological functions. Magnetic fields affect the relaxation and
constriction of capillary blood vessels affecting blood flow;
as proven by studies about blood microcirculation.

HEALING STONES
The ore hematite stimulates the kidneys to purify the blood, reducing
body temperature and drawing fever from the forehead. The iron ore in
magnetic hematite stimulates tissue regeneration, boosting the
immune system to improve overall health.

KNOW YOUR SHIATSU POINTS
Keep a chart of reflexology acupressure [Shiatsu] points to know where
the most effective placement are for your ailments. Example: wear your
magnetic bracelet on your left wrist for back pain being the acupressure
points for the spine are nearby. Wear your bracelet on your right wrist
if you have gastrointestinal problems
.

EFFECTS OF MAGNETIC POLES
The North [positive] pole of a magnet has a calming & relaxing effect
on the body; while the South pole [negative] has a stimulating and
activating result
.

STAY YOUNGER LONGER
Used by Cleopatra to help retain her physical youth, toxins accumulating in
your body causes the acceleration of the aging process and throughout the ages
magnetism has proved anti-aging effects by progressively eliminating toxins -
slowing down the aging process.

Try This - MAGNETIZED WATER
Did you know? Drinking magnetized water is a way to reap the benefits
of magnetic energy. Magnetized water is calming to the body. Place an 8 ounce
glass of water upon the negative pole of a magnet for at least five minutes and
drink twice daily as a general preventative.

Illnesses Having Positive Effects by Magnetic Therapy

Health dysfunctions people have stated having good results using magnetic
therapy
to gain relief from the many uncomfortable side effects of:

Arthritis including Rheumatoid & Osteoarthritis; Osteoporosis;
Carpal Tunnel Syndrome; Bursitis; Tendonitis; common uses
for Body Aches, Backaches and/or generalized Back Pain;
abating Sciatica, Disc Disease, Lumbar Spondylitis; Stress &
Depression; Insomnia; Acne; Asthma; High Blood Pressure;
Chronic Fatigue, Lupus and Raynauds; Fibromyalgia;
Sports Injuries such as frozen Shoulder, Tennis Elbow,
Achilles Tendon, Tendonitis, Sprains, Torn Ligaments,
typical Muscular Pain/Cramps/Spasms; and studies have
proven magnets speed up the healing of broken bones;
Plantar fascitis; Foot Pain from Heel Spurs and Bunions;
Dermatitis; Menstrual Cramps; Headaches & Migraines;
Insomnia; Sinusitis; TMJ; helping with providing relief from
Multiple Sclerosis, Diabetics suffering with diabetic nerve
damage and post-Polo Syndrome, neuropathy & chronic Pain.

Dr. Lewis Bass, a Long Island, N.Y. specialist, says that

"The philosophy of disease and 'wellness' is based on the premise that the rule
of the artery is supreme. If proper blood flow and nerve innervation can be
restored, then body & organ function can be maximized. It is postulated that
the 'microcirculation' of body tissues may be increased by over 300% with the
use of magnetic therapy."

"Good vibrant health comes from strong orchestrated inner vibrations with
open flowing channels and currents of 'qi' or life-force; when in balance,
it contains the strength of stability within its equilibrium."
(Ancient Oriental Therapy)

Within the last ten years the use of Magnetic Therapy has achieved
mainstream acknowledgment, with a worldwide industry of high-tech
quality and a growing following throughout the modern World.

Magnetism By Definition

Magnetism by definition is a physical phenomenon produced by the motion of
electric charge, resulting in attractive and repulsive forces between objects. In
magnets, the geophysical magnetic lines exit out of the North (Negative) flow around
and re-enter the South (Positive) flowing inside from the South back to the North.

The Science Behind Magnetism

Scientifically speaking: Magnetism is intimately linked with electricity, in that a
magnetic field is established whenever electric charges are in motion, as in the flow
of electrons in a wire, or the movement of electrons around an atomic nucleus. In atoms,
this invisible field consists of closed loops called lines of force that surround &
run through the atom. Magnetic regions where lines of force come together densely are
called north and south poles. In substances in which the magnetic fields of each atom
are aligned, the magnetic field causes the entire substance to act like single magnet,
with north & south poles and a surrounding magnetic field. Permanent magnets are
made of substances that retain this alignment. Cut a magnet in two, each separate piece
become a magnet with two poles, and so on. Electromagnets are a coil of wire wrapped
around an iron core & can be made magnetic by running electric current through it;
the looping electrons then create a magnetic field, the same way as spinning electrons
in individual atoms. As long as current flows, the coil remains magnetized.and is used
in many devices such as doorbells & switches.
FERROMAGNETISM
Ferrites are usually non-conductive ferrimagnetic ceramic compounds derived from
iron oxides such as hematite or magnetite as well as oxides of other metals.
Ferrites are classified as "soft" and "hard" referring to their low or high
magnetic coercivity [resistance to demagnetizing.] We are dealing with "hard"
ferrite ceramic magnets composed of iron, barium or strontium oxide compounds
with high coercivity, conducts magnetic flux well and have high magnetic perme-
ability endowed with the ability to store stronger magnetic fields than iron itself.

Magnetic Bead: Process of Manufacturing

magnetic manufacturing process

This chart shows the manufacturing process of magnets from the
Ningbo Yili Magnetic Co. in China.

Magnet Types:
There are Isotropic Magnets; where magnetic properties are equal
in all directions. There are Anisotropic Magnets which have a
preferred direction of magnetic orientation where its magnetic
characteristics are optimum in one preferred direction also
called unipole or unidirectional. Our beads are unidirectional,
producing fields flowing only from the north to the south
providing your body with maximum therapeutic benefits.
Unidirectional magnets are most effective in increasing
circulation and oxygen levels.

Production
Ferrites are produced by heating a mixture of powdered precursors
pressed into a mold where calcination occurs. This mixture of oxides
undergoes sintering or high temperature firing. The cooled product is
milled into tiny particles of powder which is pressed into a shape,
dried and re-sintered inside an external magnetic field to achieve a
preferred orientation [anisotropy]. Lower grade include dry pressing,
direct calcination and sintering without re-milling leading to poor
magnetic properties. We only use the highest quality magnetic beads.

Scientific Magnetic Studies

A 2004 study published by the British Medical Journal reported
six medical researchers on the effects of magnets on arthritis
pain found that the subjects wearing magnetic bracelets reported
less pain than the ones wearing placebos. Magnetic therapy seemed
to calm the muscle, joint and bone pain and contributed to the
patients well-being. Preformed on 194 patients in Devon, England.
Our bodies, being over 70% water, are magnetically conducive,
offering little resistance and easily penetrated; try this
experiment, hold a strong magnet on one side of your hand and
see it effect a compass needle across your hand. It has also
been found that tissue exposed to magnetism holds onto the
magnetic properties for some time after.
The Japanese Ministry of Health & Welfare suggest a minimum
strength of 500 gauss for chronic illnesses.
According to the Magnetic Therapy Council, poor circulation can
cause cold extremities affecting the hands, wrists, fingers, feet
and legs; magnetic therapy stimulating blood flow fighting white
fingers, coldness, muscles cramps, dizziness, migraines and numbness.
According to the National Center for Complementary & Alternative
Medicine, magnetic therapy may help chronic problems by increasing
circulation and helping the body to heal itself. Magnets might have
the ability to attract & repulse blood particles, boosting blood
circulation with increased oxygen and nutrients to painful areas.
Magnets also may help with decreasing inflammation and cell
degeneration, reducing chronic pain.
Albert Roy Davis, Ph.D. in 1974 studied cancer in animals and found
that magnets could kill cancerous cells. Research has not proven
that this works on human patients but many doctors use magnetic
therapy along with regular cancer treatments.
April 1999 'Archives of General Psychiatry' at Techion-Isreal
Institute of Technology found applying magnetic therapy to the
brain helps relieve severe depression.
March 1, 1999 Daniel Trecroci's article on the Diabetes Health
website founded a practice sewing magnets into clothing was
effective in relieving diabetic pain.
Magnetic bracelets can stimulate electrical pathways in the brain
regulating the hormone production & levels; especially serotonin &
melatonin. Stabilized levels help with migraines, depression, stress
and insomnia. Magnetic bracelets can help to prevent headaches
and make them less severe while providing natural pain relief with
a boosted sense of euphoria.
